Work process

 

What do I have to do to get started?

Please go to our section on Pricing. Select the service that you want. Click the ‘Order now’ button and make a payment on Paypal. Once the payment is made, we will send you a mail confirming receipt of your payment and delivery date.

Some services like E book writing and Ghostwriting need customized quotes. You could either fill in the form on the Contact us page or go to our Pricing page and click on ‘Enquire n’. We will mail you a customized quote. Once the quote is finalized you could make a payment through Paypal and get started on your project.

 

What if I don’t like what’s been written?

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the content, we will make up to two iterations to the text. However, this has been extremely rare, and we do not expect that you will require major iterations.

 

Will you make any corrections after delivery has been done?

Any corrections requested by you after delivery will be chargeable as a new project.

 

Do you work on a retainer basis?

Yes, we are open to charging a retainer fee and working based on agreed monthly deliverables.

 

Payments

How do I make a payment to you?

All payments to The Copy House must be done via Paypal only.

 

Are there any refunds?

No, payments once accepted will not be returned.
